Terrible staff blocking patient access to healthcare

The reception staff at this clinic are an absolute nightmare. They obstruct patients from accessing medical care and demonstrate complete incompetence with their computer system. Their communication with NHS patients is shockingly rude, and they seem deliberately unhelpful, avoiding even basic information searches. It feels like they're purposely there to make patients feel degraded, treating everyone like potential troublemakers. No matter how long you wait on the phone, you're always told to call back the next day. I seriously question the management's judgment in hiring such unprofessional personnel. Surely they could recruit staff who understand basic human compassion and respect? These employees lack any semblance of empathy for patients in genuine pain. Their attitude is so demoralizing that I found myself in tears after being treated so terribly. The entire experience was deeply humiliating - I was forced to practically beg for a simple doctor's appointment. Someone needs to intervene and restore some dignity to this healthcare service!
