Terrible staff ruined my entire experience

The staff at the front desk display a shocking lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills. They seem more interested in being confrontational than actually addressing patient needs and appear completely deaf to any requests. The management is equally problematic, with the manager demonstrating a pompous attitude and clear incompetence. They only take action when external pressure from the hospital forces their hand. If the rating system allowed it, I would absolutely assign them the lowest possible score.
