Terrible surgery fails to help newborn with rash

I've been a patient at Holland Park Surgery for almost a year since my daughter was born in October, and they have been completely unhelpful. About a month after her birth, she developed a small rash, and to even book an appointment, we had to submit photos and wait until 8 am to schedule, which is absurd. After seeing the GP, they dismissed it as a birthmark - something that was clearly incorrect to anyone looking at the images. Their response was simply to "call back if it got worse" - an unacceptable approach for a newborn's medical concern. A responsible healthcare provider should address issues proactively, not dismissively. From November 2021 until now in March 2022, we've received zero meaningful assistance and were forced to seek help at Walsall Manor Hospital. Holland Park Surgery is an absolute disgrace. My family and I are changing providers immediately. Their level of care is so poor that we're seriously considering legal action for their negligence.
