Terrible surgery with terrible medical care

I've been with this surgery for over 15 years, and while Dr Melchior was working there, I was completely satisfied. Unfortunately, after his departure and COVID restrictions, the surgery's service has deteriorated to an absolutely disastrous level (it's challenging to even call what they're doing a medical service). A few months ago, I attempted to schedule appointments with nurses for private women's health issues, spending over an hour at reception where the receptionist interrogated me about my appointment reason and then proceeded to offer her own diagnosis - utterly RIDICULOUS. During my blood test appointment, I waited over thirty minutes, observing the surgery's chaotic operations. Seven administrative staff wandered around with food and drinks, with three of them spending 15 minutes struggling with a self-check-in monitor. When I finally had my test, a pleasant nurse explained that NHS is trying to economize, leaving only ONE DOCTOR in the surgery, despite SEVEN administrative workers. Days later, this SOLE doctor called me and discussed extremely private matters over the phone, knowing my appointment's purpose but choosing to discuss intimate details without offering a face-to-face consultation. A week later, I had a 'physiotherapy appointment' where the physio conducted a phone examination, asking hypothetical questions about shoulder movements. IS THIS NORMAL? Another doctor pressured my husband to take tablets after he nearly fainted. Recently, I had an appointment with Dr Fleming (whom I strongly recommend avoiding), who diagnosed me with a viral infection and suggested Paracetamol. Meanwhile, I've been bedridden since December 26th with severe lung issues and CORONAVIRUS. Dr Fleming seems incapable of providing accurate diagnosis and treatment. He patronizingly explained that NHS cares for patients by minimizing waiting room time, claiming people prefer phone consultations. I suspect they'll soon attempt conducting invasive procedures like gastroscopies via telephone. This feels like a violation of HUMAN RIGHTS.
