Without a doubt, this medical practice in Manchester represents the absolute bottom of the barrel. The front desk staff are utterly incompetent, displaying consistently discourteous behavior and an appalling demeanor when patients attempt to schedule appointments. Telephone interactions are a nightmare - calls go unanswered, leaving individuals stranded on hold for a minimum of quarter of an hour before any response. During in-person visits, despite being given a specific appointment time, patients are forced to endure additional waiting periods ranging from thirty to sixty minutes before finally seeing a physician. It defies comprehension how this establishment continues to operate; a thorough investigation is desperately needed. The entire experience is deplorable, with the waiting area being so poorly ventilated that breathing becomes a genuine struggle, creating an environment that is thoroughly unpleasant and suffocating.
