Terrible surgery with zero compassion for patients

Hi there, Living with (undiagnosed) autism and severe mental health challenges means I struggle with everyday tasks that most people find effortless. I've been hesitant to seek help from Kingswood surgery based on past experiences. Previously, I felt completely disrespected and dismissed. The receptionists consistently demonstrate rudeness, even when I remain courteous and understanding. This has been my long-standing medical practice, and today's phone interaction was typical. The receptionist informed me that an appointment would not be available for nearly 4 weeks. Given my knee pain and mobility issues, I requested a phone consultation. During this call, the doctor recommended an in-person visit, suggesting it would be quick. I've already waited 3 weeks for this appointment, and my current condition prevents me from driving, working, or traveling. Each interaction with this surgery results in minimal resolution. Over the years, I've received absolutely no meaningful mental health support, which has contributed to my current state of extreme psychological distress. The inadequate services have significantly impacted my health, leaving me feeling utterly powerless. In all my life, I've never encountered a more intimidating healthcare experience. The staff, particularly the receptionists, consistently treat patients with disdain and complete lack of compassion. Thank you.
