Terrible surgery with zero customer service

I truly wish there was a way to submit feedback without a star rating. It would be fascinating to observe the receptionists' activities during the day when patients are left waiting endlessly on hold, trying to reach the surgery by phone. Whenever you enter the office, there's an eerie silence with no phones ringing. During my recent appointment, I was standing at the glass partition, clearly visible to Janet in the back office. I rang the bell four times, yet she made no effort to acknowledge or assist me. I was forced to knock on the screen to get her attention. At this moment, I'm attempting to contact them and have been on hold for over 25 minutes, ultimately compelling me to disconnect as I'm at work. I cannot stress enough: under absolutely no circumstances should anyone register with this surgery. Their service is utterly unacceptable and shameful.
