Terrible wait times and no communication

A truly abysmal healthcare experience. The staff appears completely unprepared or indifferent. You'll waste hours stuck in endless phone queues. They demand multiple clinic forms on the same day, and if you accidentally miss a single call, you must restart the entire frustrating process. The reception staff are unhelpful and won't even listen or accommodate specific appointment requests. Their communication is consistently poor. Doctors seemingly ignore patient forms, rendering the paperwork pointless. During my appointment, I was assigned a locum physician despite explicitly requesting otherwise, who was entirely unfamiliar with my medical history. The consultation lasted barely five minutes, with zero of my health concerns addressed. Throughout the year, test results have repeatedly gone missing, forcing me to personally chase documentation. Administrative staff consistently deflect responsibility, creating a circular blame game between admin and medical teams. This practice is so incompetent that I've frequently questioned whether seeking medical care here is worth the overwhelming stress and potential healthcare negligence. I strongly advise patients to register anywhere else. When I attempted to formally communicate my concerns, management responded with complete indifference and zero accountability. If possible, I'd rate this zero stars.
