Terrible wait times and no phone support

In 2022, I'm documenting my experience, and here's why I'm giving 5 stars. The service was significantly better before their website migration. Now, it's practically impossible to even get someone to answer the phone. I waited 15.34 minutes listening to a repetitive message about how important my call was, despite being told I was the only caller in the queue. On 28.03.22, the service was shockingly poor. As a long-time patient since 1995, in their old location, I was stunned to be told I couldn't receive a phone consultation or even have a triage nurse assess my situation. When I urgently needed to see a doctor, I was informed the earliest appointment was April 19th. The service has consistently deteriorated, and if I could rate it lower than one star, I would. However, over the past two years, the service has been absolutely outstanding. The speed and efficiency with which they've addressed my issues have been truly five-star worthy. I'm genuinely grateful for the exceptional care and support provided by all the staff.
