Terrible wait times and rude receptionists

What an absolute disaster, given that this is a taxpayer-funded service, the leadership at this medical center should have been dismissed ages ago. The front desk staff are discourteous and obstructive, constantly trying to deflect patients to pharmacies instead of arranging doctor consultations. If you manage to secure an appointment within a week of falling ill, you've hit the jackpot. The quality of service remains unchanged over a decade, despite perpetually operating under emergency protocols. I attempted to lodge a complaint with the manager, only to discover she was present just two days per week, which perfectly illustrates the abysmal standard of care. Why are we forced to tolerate such substandard treatment?
