I am compelled to express my profound disappointment with the New Eltham Medical Centre's abysmal service. Upon relocating to the area and seeking a new healthcare provider, I deeply regret choosing this practice. My attempts to communicate with them proved futile, as my numerous calls throughout the week went consistently unanswered. After an exasperating 30-minute wait, I finally reached a representative who coldly informed me that they were completely booked, offering only same-day appointments with no possibility of advance scheduling. Moreover, they rigidly specified a narrow window for booking, which seemed utterly inflexible. Given this seemingly standard approach to patient care, it becomes immediately apparent why their appointment slots are perpetually filled. The entire experience has been nothing short of frustrating and demonstrates a complete lack of patient-centered care.
