Total lack of care

We've been given misinformation and lied to. The practice has failed to show any interest in the on-going care of my elderly mother. We've had to chase them and remind them to deliver services that they've promised to provide and feel that we are being constantly "fobbed off" with poor excuses and, sometimes, absolute indifference. They are appalling!
