Triage system is a total nightmare

The smart triage system they use is incredibly frustrating. Scheduling an appointment is a major challenge. Their telehealth approach is completely impractical for professionals - they assign a broad time window but can randomly contact you anytime that day, making it impossible to plan or find a quiet workspace. If alternative medical practices were available, I'd switch immediately. I deeply regret leaving my previous healthcare provider.
