Twice Dropped on Hold, Super Frustrating

Attempted to cancel my appointment via phone and was met with frustrating obstacles. Initially placed first in line and waited half an hour, only to have the call unexpectedly terminate. Worried about being marked as a no-show, I redialed. Once more, I found myself first in the queue, this time for 20 minutes, before experiencing another disconnection. The customer service is absolutely unacceptable.
