Two weeks to call me back

I've encountered numerous setbacks with this general practice. Most recently, I sought an appointment and only received a callback after a staggering two-week delay. When they eventually attempt to contact you, they bombard you with three rapid calls within approximately five minutes, and if you happen to miss these, there's no straightforward method to reconnect. It's an immensely exasperating and ineffective system that leaves patients feeling trapped and helpless. Despite these challenges, I want to acknowledge Dr. Priyal, who has consistently demonstrated kindness, support, and professionalism during our interactions. The fundamental problem resides with the administrative processes and overall patient communication, rather than the medical personnel themselves. Having resided in other areas, I've experienced significantly superior GP services. This practice desperately requires a comprehensive overhaul of its patient access management.
