Unacceptable customer service leaves patient frustrated and hopeless

After being placed on hold for a staggering 40 minutes, I attempted to notify the surgery about my sister's passing, but no one would answer the phone. The experience was so frustrating that I felt completely defeated and hopeless. Their complete lack of responsiveness is absolutely appalling!!!!! Utterly unacceptable 😡😡
