Unacceptable front line service

Telephoned the practice while suffering suspected heart attack. Told twice no appointments available. Asked to speak to someone about it but 'no appointments'. Went to another practice where I was treated with kindness and heart attack confirmed. Treated successfully in brief hospital stay. Later advised by hospital to see GP to review cardiac medication. Yes, you've guessed it! No appointments and no solution.
