Unacceptable wait time for medical appointment service

I initiated an appointment request on August 26th, with the understanding that I would be notified when additional time slots became available. After waiting, I was eventually contacted on September 11th and presented with an appointment option. This delay is completely unsatisfactory, as no patient should have to wait more than two weeks for an appointment slot. The level of service from this medical practice is thoroughly disappointing and falls far below acceptable standards.
