Unanswered calls frustrate long-time patient

I've attempted to contact the reception on multiple occasions over the past few weeks to arrange collection of a blood test form, but to no avail. The phone consistently goes unanswered, which is deeply frustrating. This level of service is utterly unacceptable, particularly for long-standing patients like myself who have been with the practice for nearly a quarter of a century. It's especially concerning for elderly individuals who may struggle with alternative means of communication. Despite having shared positive feedback in the past, I find this recent experience to be nothing short of appalling.
