Unclear callback timing and dismissive phone manner

I attended an appointment to discuss concerns about my child. The receptionist was unable to provide a specific timeframe for when I would receive a callback. When the clinician eventually called several days later, they did not initially identify which practice they were calling from. I found their manner to be quite abrupt and they appeared unwilling to address my reasonable concerns. The conversation became tense when they questioned whether I was attending multiple appointments elsewhere. I feel disappointed about having booked this appointment to discuss my child's care and would not encourage others to use this service based on my experience.
