Unfair morning call system hurts working patients

If you contact the GP surgery on Tuesday afternoon or evening, but someone else calls Wednesday morning, that later caller gets priority, even though the Tuesday callers were first in line. Essentially, for those working mornings who can't make early calls, this surgery seems to be encouraging patients to become unwell. My recommendation is to either change to a different practice or simply go without a GP. When you explain your inability to call due to work or other commitments, they dismissively respond with "just call in the morning" immediately after you've clearly stated you cannot do so. It's incredibly frustrating because the doctor himself is exceptional, but I'll never be able to see him for my serious epilepsy and other health issues due to their ridiculous system that prioritizes morning calls, regardless of when you initially reached out. Completely and utterly unacceptable.
