Unfair removal from long-term GP practice

I've been a patient at Modern Medical Centre Rush Green Practice since October 2018, along with my children who were minors then. In November 2020, amidst the COVID-19 crisis, we had to relocate to Rainham due to our landlord reclaiming the property. Despite the inconvenience, we maintained our registration with the GP surgery, hoping for a better living situation in the future. This January, my son developed an insect bite on his feet. He was seen by a doctor who prescribed medication, which he collected using our new Rainham address. However, when he recently attempted to book another appointment for his feet, he was informed that he'd been removed from the GP register. Upon inquiry, I was told it was because he was supposedly abroad, which is entirely false. I explained about his recent prescription with our new address, but this information was disregarded. The secretary transferred me to the manager, who refused to discuss the matter with me, insisting on speaking only to my son due to his age. We agreed to call back together on Monday, July 15th, 2024. Subsequently, I received a letter stating that my entire family needs to find a new GP within 30 days due to being outside the practice boundary. I'm seeking urgent answers regarding my son's unexplained removal from the register without prior notification, and why this boundary issue is suddenly being raised after four years of continuous interaction with the GP. This abrupt action by a practice we've trusted for years has left me utterly dismayed and disappointed.
