Unfair treatment at clinic destroys patient care

MANAGER STACEY & TEAM SHOWED DISCRIMINATORY BEHAVIOR ( I BELIEVE IS RACIALLY MOTIVATED ) Since late August, I've been experiencing health issues and consulted my doctor on 1/09/22, who recommended antibiotics. However, I couldn't obtain them after a week, and he requested a blood test for 19/09/22. The queen's passing led to the cancellation of all appointments that day, and they attempted to reschedule me for the 23rd with another facility. While the 23rd appointment occurred, the test was unsuccessful because my blood sample dried before reaching the lab. My GP's inability to arrange another test seemed incredibly unprofessional, especially for a patient seeking proper medical attention. The clinic made me wait an additional two weeks until 10/10/22. Unfortunately, I arrived 20 minutes late due to a family emergency, and Stacey, the manager, and receptionist treated me with complete disregard, as if I were an inconsequential patient. This isn't the first time the clinic failed my family. My son had been unwell for months, and they couldn't diagnose his condition until an external doctor identified his necessary treatment. I nearly lost my child because of their negligence, and I'm unsure if anyone will address these serious concerns. Patients should be cautious about this clinic - their staff appears indifferent to patient health, treating medical care as merely a job. The medical profession's purpose is to help and save lives, not to dehumanize patients.
