Unfriendly receptionist made me feel unwelcome today

I found the receptionist's demeanor this morning to be quite unsatisfactory. It was evident that her approach to me diverged significantly from how she engaged with other patients. While she displayed warmth and hospitality to those before and after my interaction, her manner toward me seemed notably chilly and indifferent. Coming from a multicultural background, I'm particularly sensitive to nuanced differences in treatment. I'm sharing this observation in hopes that it serves as a constructive reminder about maintaining consistent, equitable, and respectful service for all individuals.
