Unfriendly receptionist ruined my entire visit

The front desk staff I encountered seemed completely disengaged from their professional role. Their communication was curt, abrupt, and came across as overly confrontational. This approach immediately put me on edge and created unnecessary tension. In a medical setting, a receptionist should possess strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, which this individual clearly lacked!
