Unfriendly staff make healthcare experience unpleasant

The front desk staff displays a complete lack of courtesy and appears discriminatory in their interactions with patients of different backgrounds. While the medical professionals themselves are acceptable, the nursing staff communicates in a blunt manner and seems emotionally detached. The overall atmosphere feels unwelcoming and tense. A healthcare environment should be warm and approachable, but this practice falls short of those expectations. I'm seriously considering switching to another general practice. During the time it was Robson GP, the staff was consistently pleasant, but since transitioning to Merelane, the reception has become notably unfriendly. I sincerely hope management becomes aware of their employees' unprofessional conduct.
