Unheard from after practice merger

I have serious concerns about the decision to merge practices. The service has been disappointing overall. I have not received any contact from a clinician regarding my child's skin condition. I am frustrated about why an appointment cannot be arranged and the reliance on callback systems. I do not find the explanations provided satisfactory. I am considering registering myself and my child at a different practice. More recently, following a medical procedure, I have been unable to obtain a sick note despite needing one. I find it frustrating that there appears to be reluctance to provide this documentation, with responsibility being directed between the practice and the hospital rather than being resolved. I have experienced complications and feel I am not receiving the support I require. I am disappointed with this situation and believe it needs to be addressed urgently.
