Unhelpful doctor causing unnecessary stress and problems

GP used to be excellent, with fantastic doctors. However, the recently joined physicians have become a significant source of frustration. My mother has been a patient at this practice for 23 years without issues until the past two years. With limited English proficiency, she relies on a translator to understand medical discussions. Shockingly, doctors have accused her of faking her language barrier, making inappropriate and disrespectful claims that create unnecessary awkward situations. Dr. Ferguson, a newer doctor, has been handling most of my mum's recent appointments. While being late twice resulted in appointment cancellations (which is understandable), he consistently interrogates her about hospital appointment rescheduling. He meticulously compiles lists of her rearranged appointments, questioning her motives and suggesting deliberate cancellations. His intrusive and controlling approach seems completely inappropriate and unnecessary. During the latest encounter, Dr. Ferguson presented a comprehensive list of missed appointments from both GP and hospital, dramatically declaring my mum's removal from the practice. When she attempted to challenge this decision, he flatly refused further discussion. Despite her rheumatism causing significant leg problems and painful lumps, he dismissively attributed her condition to luggage carrying - a bizarrely unfounded conclusion. Following an endoscopy revealing numerous stomach polyps, which the hospital team described as "uncountable" and potentially serious, Dr. Ferguson dismissed the concern, claiming it wasn't his specialty and taking no action. His lack of professional referral or concern seems grossly negligent. With my autistic brother, Dr. Ferguson demonstrates remarkable impatience, hindering his ability to comfortably enter consultations. His approach only increases my brother's stress and delays necessary medical interactions. Fortunately, my personal health has been good, potentially limiting further complaints. Not everything is negative - the reception staff remain helpful, and Dr. Arnold continues to provide excellent care. We're now seeking a new GP for my mother and potentially the entire family.
