Unhelpful doctor leaves patient suffering without care

I scheduled a consultation with Dr. A Mohammed, which was supposed to be a phone appointment due to my inability to come in person. I explained my chest infection symptoms and expressed the need for antibiotics, also requesting he review my medical history since this is an ongoing issue. The doctor's response was that an in-person examination was mandatory. Since it was Friday, he informed me I couldn't be seen until the following week and would have to endure the weekend without medication. This defeats the entire purpose of offering phone consultations if no medical treatment can be prescribed remotely. I am thoroughly dissatisfied and will definitely not be seeking this doctor's services again.
