Unhelpful doctors dismissed our health concerns

The front desk personnel seem deliberately trained to discourage patient visits. Every time we called, their response was essentially, "Don't worry, you'll recover, no need to come in." When our newborn developed a concerning rash just weeks after birth, they casually diagnosed it over the phone without even wanting to examine him. Completely unacceptable. Their approach left me feeling like seeking medical advice is somehow forbidden, which is deeply troubling. Fortunately, we've relocated and encountered no such issues since.
