Unhelpful morning call ruined my day

I completed the digital booking form with all necessary information. Within sixty minutes, I received a callback and was promptly offered an immediate slot by an exceptionally accommodating staff member. I clarified that I was working that particular day. The receptionist remained incredibly supportive and assured me that my online explanation would facilitate a same-day appointment when I became available. This morning at 8:00 AM, when I was free, I called and was connected to a different receptionist. I recounted the previous discussion and requested a same-day appointment. Disappointingly, I was informed that this wasn't their standard procedure and was made to feel like an inconvenience and somewhat foolish. This experience highlights a clear need for uniform and consistent communication protocols within the organization.
