Unhelpful practice dismisses adhd patient without compassion

I regret having to write this review. If you have a private practitioner's shared care agreement for ADHD, steer clear of this surgery. Their policy explicitly states they do not accept such arrangements. I attempted to have a face-to-face discussion with a senior GP after being shuffled around when my medication request was denied, but I was met with only an email reiterating the policy I had already heard from the pharmacist. Consequently, I was left without my medication for a fortnight. While I recognize the NHS is under immense pressure, I was deeply dismayed to be so summarily dismissed when I simply sought a brief opportunity to discuss the matter, even if the final result might have remained unchanged. I have since registered with a new practice who have accepted the agreement without any complications. I'm truly disappointed in Woodlands, having been a satisfied patient there for three years, and it's disheartening to depart on such an unpleasant note.
