Unhelpful reception leaves patient frustrated and unheard

I encountered an incredibly discourteous receptionist. While attempting to urgently consult a physician, I submitted three separate consultation requests as the staff repeatedly provided incorrect responses. Subsequently, I received a call accusing me of squandering appointments - which never actually existed in the first place. This prompted me to submit another request. As a healthcare professional, one should demonstrate empathy and respect towards patients. After being informed that no GP appointments were available today, I contacted 111, who promptly secured a medical consultation for me! How is this possible? I'm continuously being dismissed by receptionists who seemingly have no interest in performing their professional responsibilities adequately.
