Unhelpful reception ruins urgent medical care

On the 13th of March, I visited this self-promoting "walk-in" clinic seeking removal of a foreign object from my right eye. At 11:10am, I encountered a self-important receptionist who interrupted my registration process to interrogate me about my medical practice. When I mentioned I was registered with Westcourt, she smugly declared I must go there instead. I explained that Westcourt doesn't offer walk-in services, and Park practice actually advertises itself at Westcourt for this precise purpose. Despite my being in significant pain and experiencing visual impairment, she flatly refused assistance. I left, with other waiting patients visibly sympathetic to my abrupt and dismissive treatment. I am seriously contemplating escalating this matter to a higher authority, as prompt attention at that moment could have prevented the current discomfort I'm experiencing. Rest assured, Park Surgery, this incident is not over. Tony Perrin.
