Unhelpful receptionist fails to assist elderly patient

Took my father, who has dementia, for a blood test but misplaced the necessary paperwork. Called the medical practice to request they fax a copy. The receptionist was unhelpful, appearing more focused on his computer screen and dismissing my request. When I pointed out that assisting patients, particularly elderly individuals, is a fundamental part of his role, he remained unresponsive. The level of customer service was thoroughly inadequate. It's evident that staff would benefit significantly from additional customer care training.
