Unhelpful receptionist made my prescription request difficult

The receptionist's performance was unacceptable. As a pregnant patient on Labetalol, I called on 14/08/2025 (a Thursday) to request a repeat prescription. Instead of processing my request, the staff member began interrogating me, claiming it wasn't the right time. I explained that my dosage had been increased from 200mg to 400mg daily by midwives and consultants at Jessop wings. She insisted the change was not in my records and refused to submit the order. When I contacted the pharmacy, they confirmed no prescription had been placed. I had to call back on Friday and speak with a different receptionist who finally processed the order. Due to this staff member's unnecessary obstruction, I was unable to obtain my medication, and since the pharmacy is closed on weekends, I was left without my essential prescription.
