Unhelpful Receptionists and Inconvenient Appointment System

I would give this a rating of zero stars if it were an option. The reception staff are extremely unhelpful, and the soonest appointment to consult with a doctor is on September 4th for a phone call that falls between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. This timing is not practical for someone who works off-site and cannot take phone calls during those hours!
