Unhelpful receptionists ruin an otherwise decent practice

The front desk staff significantly detract from what would otherwise be a quality medical practice. Their phone demeanor is consistently hostile and dismissive, even when patients are addressing critical concerns that can't be handled online. They seem perpetually eager to terminate calls as quickly as possible, leaving patients feeling unimportant and neglected. I'm particularly concerned about how vulnerable individuals with limited digital skills would manage in such an unwelcoming environment.
