Unhelpful receptionists ruin the medical experience

Whenever I reach out via phone, I'm invariably greeted by a receptionist who appears disinterested, clearly unhappy in their role, and visibly reluctant to provide even basic assistance. At the initial point of interaction, one would anticipate a degree of understanding and compassion. Instead, it seems their primary goal is to terminate the call as quickly as possible and return to casual conversation with colleagues. Having been a patient at this medical practice for several years, I feel compelled to share my frustration with their customer service approach.
