Unhelpful receptionists ruined my healthcare experience

I get that they're swamped and deal with challenging people daily, but every single phone call leaves me feeling like an inconvenience they can't be bothered with. I simply wanted information about scheduling a flu shot, given my pregnancy and high-contact work environment, yet all I encountered was a receptionist's sarcastic, dismissive attitude. Her unfriendly demeanor made it clear she had zero interest in helping. This isn't an isolated incident - it happens every time I call. I find myself constantly apologizing and feeling anxious during these interactions, purely due to their hostile tone. If someone isn't committed to supporting patients and assisting those who are unwell, they shouldn't be working in a medical reception role. Despite these frustrating experiences, I want to emphasize that the doctors themselves are exceptional - I've found every physician I've seen to be incredibly caring and dedicated to providing top-quality treatment. I rarely leave feedback, but tonight's interaction was so disheartening that I felt compelled to share my experience.
