Unhelpful response from gp receptionist michelle

I'm experiencing difficulties accessing my medical records and scheduling appointments via the app. Both the application and accompanying documentation clearly indicate I should reach out to GP administration for support. I contacted receptionist Michelle T seeking assistance, but she merely reiterated the same unhelpful link suggesting I contact GP admin, offering no actual help. I'm genuinely exasperated by this complete lack of meaningful support. It makes me seriously doubt why the NHS recruits staff who appear indifferent to patient needs and consistently respond with "we can't help." It seems like these employees are merely collecting a paycheck without any genuine concern for patient care. I sincerely hope someone responsible reviews this feedback and takes concrete steps to address the situation. The reception staff member who provides zero constructive solutions should be removed from their position.
