Unhelpful staff left me frustrated and anxious

I received a call from a physician regarding my blood test outcomes, but due to communication difficulties, I was unable to comprehend the details. Consequently, I attempted to arrange a follow-up call with an alternative doctor, reaching out daily in hopes of obtaining clarity. However, the receptionist has consistently blocked my efforts to schedule a telephone consultation about my test results. Despite explicitly expressing my significant anxiety and urgent need for information, the receptionist remained dismissive and uncooperative, leaving me emotionally distressed and in tears. I am utterly frustrated and deeply concerned, feeling completely helpless in my quest to understand my medical test findings.
