Unhelpful staff made my sick child's visit terrible

We visited Oaklands today for an appointment. Fortunately, we're registered at Sun Lane Surgery, and their nurse happened to be at Oaklands. My 3-year-old son was extremely unwell, running a high fever. We received the prescription and went to Paydens, only to be informed they were out of the required medication. Returning to Oaklands, the nurse advised me to check other pharmacies and come back if unsuccessful, promising an alternative prescription. Ultimately, we had to return, but the blonde receptionist was completely unhelpful. She attempted to redirect us to Sun Lane Surgery, avoiding any further interaction with the nurse. I was there with my sick 3-year-old, following the nurse's previous instructions. Her attitude was appalling, and she seemed to imply I should be grateful for receiving medication for my son. It's ironic that they demand patient respect while displaying such disrespectful behavior themselves.
