Unhelpful staff make medical visit a nightmare

The front desk staff demonstrate a severe lack of compassion when interacting with patients who are already in a fragile state. The management should seriously consider implementing comprehensive customer service training. I'm relieved that the communication protocol is being modernized on 01/09/25, allowing patients to directly submit messages that will be professionally evaluated by medical professionals.
