Unhelpful staff ruin an otherwise good medical experience

I scheduled an appointment for 3:30 PM last week, and upon arrival, the receptionist claimed I was an hour early, insisting my appointment was at 4:30 PM, despite my objections. Only after showing her the text confirmation did she acknowledge her error. People do make mistakes! Today, I needed a medical certificate for insurance, but the receptionist was adamant that a sick note would be acceptable, even though the insurance company explicitly stated otherwise. She was dismissive and unwilling to hear my explanation, leaving me frustrated. Since I'm currently unable to walk, I'll have to visit in person with the insurance company's email, as there's no email contact for the surgery to forward the information. If you're unwell and seeking assistance, I'm afraid their attitude was thoroughly unprofessional! However, I must commend the doctors' care, which has been absolutely excellent. Regards.
