Unhelpful staff ruins customer service experience

There's this one front desk staff member who consistently appears irritated and disinterested. I couldn't identify her name, but I patiently waited for a return call, which I anticipated would take some time. When I finally received the callback and explained the issue I was facing, her response was a dismissive "What do you want me to do?" - a comment that completely stunned me into silence.
