Unprofessional and frustrating healthcare customer service nightmare

The employees demonstrate a lack of professionalism and courtesy. When attempting to schedule an appointment via phone, I was left on hold for three-quarters of an hour. The receptionist who eventually answered appeared completely disinterested and irritable, curtly demanding "do you want to book an appointment or not". The NHS urgently needs to reevaluate their hiring practices and staff training. The reception staff's attitude was thoroughly unacceptable and left me feeling completely dissatisfied with the overall experience.
