Unprofessional care leads to medical frustration

Honestly, I'm let down. For two years, I've been making calls just to secure a phone consultation, yet I've never been referred to a specialist. I ended up in the emergency room with a tumor. Initially, they attributed my symptoms to thyroid issues and prescribed thyroid treatment, but in reality, my symptoms were far more complex. I've only just undergone blood tests. In five years, I've never had another comprehensive analysis. When I reported bleeding, they seemingly disregarded my call. Let me illustrate: Imagine wanting a professional hair coloring, but instead, the receptionist suggests you do it yourself with a product that causes adverse reactions. You call back, and they recommend another product without directing you to a professional. This is the frustration when something is wrong with you - you need someone knowledgeable who understands your exact needs. Instead, the GP prescribes standard medication, and after two years, you're back at square one. Each phone call involves a different doctor who appears to have no record of your previous discussions, making you feel like you're starting from scratch every time. I'm sorry, but I expected more compassion from professionals who have taken an oath to care for patients.
