Unprofessional clinic with terrible customer service attitude

Utterly unacceptable service, I was marginally behind schedule due to an urgent matter, and they insisted on rescheduling. Despite my attempts to communicate my delayed arrival, their phone lines were apparently unmanned on a Saturday, even though a receptionist was present at the desk. It's infuriating how they expect punctuality from customers while making them wait over half an hour past the appointed time. Their inconsistent approach and lack of customer consideration are truly appalling.
