Unprofessional customer service ruins business experience

I attempted to schedule an appointment by phone, but received no answer. I then asked my father to visit the location in person to check if anyone would respond. Upon calling back, I still got no reply. My dad informed me that the staff were simply sitting around and chatting with each other. I'm now seeking information on where I can submit photos to report their unprofessional behavior.
